A Chinese national and three others were on Friday arraigned in Kisutu Resident Magistrate’s Court for conspiracy, unlawful possession of government trophies worth 16.6m/- and receiving stolen property.The accused are Zhang Zhilai (45), Donatha Kassolo (27), Airport Security Officer Bakari Rashid (30) and Jeremiah Nicolaus (23).
