The government is set to spend 105.5bn/- in implementing the idea of making Morogoro the main food reserve region in the country.According to Agriculture, Food and Cooperatives deputy minister Dr. David Mathayo, the government started implementing the idea since 2007/08 and the said amount had been allocated in the 2009/10 budget.
